North of Adrasan, on the steep coast where the slopes of Mount Musa drop into the sea, lies a small cove framed by rocks. It stands out for its water rather than a wide beach: thanks to its clear sea, which is glassy on calm days, it can be a good snorkelling stop in clear, calm weather.
How to get there
Visits are by boat. On the Adrasan Coves Boat Tour, Akseki is a swim stop on some programmes; the order and duration vary by operator, weather and sea conditions. Ask about the route when booking. There are no businesses on the shore; everything you need comes from the boat.
Before you visit
- Ground: The shore and seabed can be rocky; water shoes help.
- Snorkeling: On calm days the water is very clear. Bring your mask and snorkel; many boats also have equipment.
- Boat traffic: In summer several boats may anchor at the same time. Stay within the swimming area set by the captain.
- Children: The water gets deep quickly; life jackets and close supervision are a must for kids.
